PDF Page Size Converter

Fit each page into A4, A3, Letter, or Legal without cropping the content.

Each page is fitted inside the new size without cropping. This changes page media boxes; it is not a DPI/print-resolution conversion.

How to use it

Choose a PDF, pick a format and orientation, then Build PDF. Portrait and landscape swap the width and height of the chosen format.

How it works

Each source page is embedded and drawn scaled to the largest fit inside the target box, centered with empty margins when aspect ratios differ.

Common errors

  • You expected a cropped bleed This tool never crops. Use another workflow if you need a trim box crop.
  • The file is encrypted Unlock it first.
  • A custom millimeter size was needed Only A4, A3, Letter, and Legal are offered.

Limitations

Annotations and forms may not survive every resize. Files over 15 MB or 200 pages are refused.

Privacy

The file stays in your browser. PepsTools does not upload it, store it, or send it to another service. Clear the tool or leave the page to drop it from memory.

Questions

Is this a DPI conversion?

No. It changes the page media size and scales content to fit. It does not resample print resolution.
