Extract PDF Pages

Copy selected pages or ranges into one new PDF, keeping the order you request.

Pages are copied into one PDF in the order you list them.

How to use it

Open one unencrypted PDF. Enter pages such as 1,3,5-8. Build PDF and Download. Pages outside the document, empty entries, and duplicates are refused.

How it works

PDF-lib copies the listed pages into a new document in list order. Ranges expand left to right. The source file is not modified.

Common errors

  • Page 12 is outside 1-10 The status line shows the page count. Remove pages past that number.
  • Page 2 is listed twice Repeats are refused so the export order stays unambiguous.
  • The PDF is encrypted Unlock it first if you have the password.

Limitations

Encrypted PDFs, files over 15 MB, and documents over 200 pages are refused. This tool does not OCR or rasterize pages.

Privacy

The file stays in your browser. PepsTools does not upload it, store it, or send it to another service. Clear the tool or leave the page to drop it from memory.

Questions

How is this different from Split PDF?

Split downloads each range as its own file or ZIP. Extract builds one PDF with the pages you listed.
