UUID Generator

Generate one or many UUID version 4 values with a cryptographically secure random source.

UUID version 4 from a cryptographically secure random source. Math.random is not used.

How to use it

Set how many UUIDs to create, choose newline or comma separation, then Generate. Copy or Download the result.

Math.random is not used. Count must be 1–100.

How it works

Each UUID sets version 4 and variant bits on 16 secure random bytes from crypto.getRandomValues.

Common errors

  • 101 UUIDs were refused The maximum is 100 per run.
  • The browser lacks secure random Use a current browser with Web Crypto.

Limitations

Only version 4 is offered. Name-based UUID versions are not generated.

Privacy

The text you paste is processed in your browser. PepsTools does not receive it, store it, or send it to another service.

Are these sequential?

No. Version 4 values are random within the UUID rules.
