Title case capitalizes words. Sentence case lowercases the text, then capitalizes the first letter and letters that follow . ! or ?. Camel, Pascal, snake, kebab, and constant case split on spaces, punctuation, and the boundary between a lowercase and uppercase letter.
Common errors
- camelCase stayed lowercase The first word of camel case is intentionally lowercase. Pascal case capitalizes it.
- An apostrophe looks odd in title case Title case here capitalizes letter runs. It is not a publisher house style.
Limitations
The converter does not translate. It does not special-case brand names such as iPhone beyond the lowercase-to-uppercase boundary. Locale-specific casing follows the browser.
Privacy
The text you paste is processed in your browser. PepsTools does not receive it, store it, or send it to another service.
